Job Title: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Contract: 12 Months (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Hybrid – Must be in one of the following hubs (Cincinnati preferred): Cincinnati, Boca Raton, Chicago, San Jose, Charlotte, Portland: Candidate must relocate to Cincinnati upon conversion

Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder only (No sponsorship)

Initial Process:

1. Video prescreen (5 questions + short game – 30 mins)
2. Technical phone screen (15–20 mins)

Required Skills: 5 years experience

• Automated testing (frontend, API, data)
• Test plan development & test data management
• Cloud testing (AWS, Azure)
• Agile methodologies
• Programming (e.g., Java, Python)
• Selenium

Preferred Skills:

• Docker, Kubernetes
• CI tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• DevOps exposure
• MAWM experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks
• Create and execute test plans and scripts
• Collaborate with dev, QA, and product teams
• Report and track defects; ensure timely fixes
• Support test environment setup and data needs
