Join a fast-paced, high-impact engineering team developing mission-critical software for one of the military’s most advanced weapons systems. We’re hiring a Mid-Level Software Engineer to support a long-standing national defense program used across multiple branches of the U.S. military and allied forces.

This is a hands-on development role where your code directly contributes to operational precision, global deterrence, and mission success. You’ll be building, testing, and optimizing software that integrates with complex systems in a secure, agile environment.

🛠️ What You'll Work On

• Develop and maintain secure, high-reliability software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate mission requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in full software lifecycle: design, code, test, deploy, and maintain
• Troubleshoot issues and improve performance for mission applications
• Implement CI/CD tools and testing frameworks for continuous delivery

🎯 What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience with VB.NET or C#.NET
• Solid experience with SQL or other relational databases
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Server)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, nUnit)
• Bonus: Experience with C++, CI/CD pipelines, or Agile development
• U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret Clearance required (TS/SCI eligibility preferred)
