Algorized is a fast-growing deep tech startup building software platform for people positioning and sensing. We leverage algorithms and edge-ML with any wireless communication sensors available on the market such as Ultra-Wideband Radar for accurate people tracking, positioning, vital sign detection (breathing, heart-rate) and age classifications.

We’re seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer experienced in AI-driven applications, embedded APIs, databases, ML model integration, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work across the stack—interfacing directly with sensor-level logic, integrating machine learning pipelines, and building intuitive UI dashboards that translate real-time data into intelligent decisions. Your contributions will power scalable, end-to-end systems that bring next-generation human sensing to life across industries like robotics and automotive.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Based Application Development & APIs on Linux

• Design and implement intelligent applications that interpret real-time sensor data using AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with embedded designers to enable seamless data acquisition and control from radars, cameras, and other sensors through efficient software-hardware interfacing, enabling real-time sensor fusion and integrated radar-vision systems
• Build and maintain APIs and data pipelines that facilitate ML-driven decision-making in real-time environments.
• Develop low-latency APIs and services that run directly on Linux-based edge devices and custom chips.

Database & Real-Time Data Handling

• Design high-performance, scalable database architectures for storing sensor data and ML predictions (SQL/NoSQL).
• Implement real-time data ingestion pipelines and data validation routines for large-scale sensor deployments.
• Enable robust state synchronization across edge, server, and cloud systems using time-series data formats and event-driven design.

Cloud Integration & Full Stack Delivery

• Architect and deploy full-stack features across front end, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate on scalable cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage, model hosting, and service orchestration.
• Build secure, extensible APIs (REST, WebSocket, GraphQL) to enable platform integration with client applications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Platform Evolution

• Work alongside MLOps, Data Scientist, and product to co-develop new sensing features and system architecture.
• Contribute to Algorized’s platform evolution with deep input on scalability, reliability, and long-term technical roadmap.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc with 5+ years’ experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
• Good coding skills in an object oriented language – C++, Java
• Familiarity with C and embedded systems is a plus
• Full stack development experience using React, Node.js, Python, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying distributed, scalable applications and ML pipelines
• Familiarity with ML model deployment and inference acceleration tools such as TensorRT, or similar
• Expertise in system architecture design, spanning the full software development lifecycle from prototyping to production
• Experience working with time-series data, real-time systems, or stream processing frameworks (e.g., Kafka, MQTT)
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills across both edge and cloud environment
• Passionate, curious, and driven to solve complex real-world problems in innovative ways
• Willingness to travel for domestic and international development and on-site customer support
