What You’ll Be Doing

Custom Software Development

  • Design and build proprietary tools to enhance task management, analytics, and internal reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into functional, maintainable code through close collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Lead full development lifecycle activities, ensuring performance, security, and scalability standards are met.

Technology Stack

  • Leverage ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Bootstrap, jQuery, and Azure AI to deliver robust software solutions.
  • Apply modern development practices to support reusable, testable, and efficient code across the stack.

Stakeholder Engagement and Delivery

  • Report directly to senior leadership on development milestones, technical hurdles, and product iterations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously refine system functionality and end-user experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Approximately 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in high-velocity or financial environments.
  • Proven track record working with .NET technologies, relational databases, and cloud.
  • Strong foundational understanding of architectural patterns and enterprise system design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with non-technical stakeholders.
  • A degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
