Roles and Responsibilities: Participate in the software conceptual planning and architecture development for inhouse software development as well as for client requirements. Responsible to lead & execute the entire lifecycle of the development project and actively assist support other team members wherever required. Develop modular, efficient, optimized, reliable, robustness, secure, usable, and scalable web/desktop applications. Experience in understanding the design requirements, requirements gathering, user interface design specifications, usability testing and testing. Establish basic design, implementing prototype for acceptance, detailed design and development of application code. Perform software module and integrated testing as per design specifications. Ensure quality delivery within stipulated timeline and consistent communication & reporting to assigned supervisor. Demonstration of successful deployment and provide continuously improved product experience. Ownership for delivering assigned task alongwith proper documentation. Qualifications/Skillsets Diploma or higher in computer science/engineering or information technology/systems At least 3 to 5 years of software development hands-on experience Experience on PHP and web technology/web markup (CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5) Experience with industry leading MVC based Frameworks (Spring framework, CodeIgniter or latest technology) In depth knowledge and application of Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets and JavaScript. Web UI development experience with JQuery, Bootstrap or latest technology Knowledge on Node.JS, AngularJS and the use of XML, JSON and REST services. Working experience with database development (SQL or other DB) Experience with application servers and experience with systems administration (Windows, Linux) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with cloud infrastructure environments Strong in application development with a good understanding of data structure and algorithm.
