Responsibilities * Design and build simulation engines for trading teams * Improve trading simulation accuracy compared with production results * Optimize compilation and run time efficiency for trading simulation * Creating tools to analyze data for patterns * Build trading simulation with both historical and live market data * Design various simulation frameworks required by complex trading strategy setup * Support trading teams' simulation research on a daily basis Qualifications * A bachelor's degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or a related field * 0-8 years of experience in software development (within the financial industry is a plus) * A strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++ * Knowledge of other development languages, including Python, Bash or Shell scripts * Working knowledge of Linux * Strong analytical, quantitative, mathematical and problem-solving abilities * Strong communication skills * The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Benefits Tower's headquarters are in the historic Equitable Building, right in the heart of NYC's Financial District and our impact is global, with over a dozen offices around the world.
