EnterpriseCore is a Nokia team that develops mobile core products for the enterprise market segment. Our customers are within various sectors of companies looking for private wireless solutions. We are addressing their needs with small, user-friendly, economic products tailored to the expectation of the specific segment.

As a key member of the EnterpriseCore team, you will take part in the implemention and testing of one of our innovative products.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

As a Software Engineer your responsibility is to develop and specify new functionalities for our product and to correct possible issues in the code base

  • You are dealing with reference baremetal hardware and also cloud based telco solutions
  • Your tasks include the development and specification of both functional and operational features
  • Educate, train, guide others within the organization in the areas of your expertise
  • You search for optimal solutions and follow current trends for ensuring high quality products
  • Cooperation across Nokia teams, product and program management

Key Skills And Experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / Engineering or related fields.
  • 5+ years of SW Development/Network/Engineering experience: coding, scripting, specification writing,
  • Able to work easily with Cloud platform and/or IT servers
  • In addition, candidates must have fluency in the English language (written and verbal).

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in integrating and/or building highly scalable, cloud-native, microservices-based applications using technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC and protobuf.
  • Experience with container management systems including the end to end creation of a container.
  • Experience implementing complex software architecture.
