Software Engineer (Fluent Dutch) – Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Fluent Dutch | Permanent | Salary: €4,500 – €7,000 per month DOE + Comprehensive Benefits

Our client is looking for an experienced and analytical developer who doesn’t shy away from complex challenges, understands the value of clear communication, and constantly seeks out new tools and techniques to improve their craft.

You will be working with a company known for combining deep technical expertise with a strong sense of partnership. The organization is structured around specialized units while maintaining the agility of a smaller company, enabling them to take on some of the country’s most challenging IT projects.

We are looking for:

• 5 years of experience working with Java and/or Kotlin
• Strong hands-on knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• At least B2-level proficiency in Dutch
• A proactive attitude and a curiosity for new technologies
