You’ll lead a small, full-stack team, set technical direction, and stay close to the code. The work is greenfield. The stack is modern: .NET 8, React 18, AWS, Kubernetes. And you’ll have a solid product and design team backing you up.
To do well here, you’ll need real experience leading teams while still coding. You’ll be strong in C#, React, TypeScript, and SQL, and understand good practices like SOLID, TDD, and event-driven design. You’ll also know how to communicate clearly - with developers, product teams, and stakeholders alike.
