Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Development Project Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Software Development Project Manager will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating the effort of team members, monitoring and reporting on project progress, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. The role also involves risk management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.

Skills/Experience Requirements

● Bachelor of Computer Science

● 7+ years in Software Development

● Experience in Application domain (min 4-5 years)

● Experience in some technologies:

+ Web Application: Java/ ReactJS/ NodeJS ...

+ Mobile Application: Android/ iOS

+ Cloud: AWS/ Azure

● More than 2 years working as PM in the software industry.

● At least 1 year leading a 15 people project team.

● Solid understanding of software development/test automation in both techniques and

approaches

● Have an ability of talking with customers about plan, requirements, scope, schedule, technical issues in English.

● Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills

● Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management

● Honest, reliable, proactive, can do attitude.
