Participate in the business analysis and proposal design of projects.
Develop the project plan, including the development plan, quality plan, internal resource coordination, project cost plan, and technical verification.
Work with business analysis team to conduct efficient requirement research and analysis to manage the scope.
Work with QA team to manage and control the project quality.
Work with the PMO to promote and optimize the process of the project and implement it on the project.
Work with the development team to optimize the implementation of development process to ensure the smooth delivery.
Communicate with customers to solve technical, communication, requirement and other problems.
Analyze project quality, cost and scope risks, and provide assessments for management decisions.
Job Requirement:
Have excellent teamwork, stakeholder management and customer service skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Clear and logical thinking, and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
5 years of project manager experience, familiar with SDLC management and coordination of complete development process, including project requirement research and analysis, project planning and schedule management, project quality management, project cost management, project resource management, project risk management.
Possesses a PMP certificate or equivalent.
Experience in software development is preferred.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud components and having cloud application usage experience are preferred.
Hands-on experience in agile and scrum preferred.
Good communication skills and be able to communicate with customers in English and Chinese.
