More About The Role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Software Development Programmer Intern in Langley with Signify.

Salary Range: $22.45 - $26.25 per hour

As a Software Development Programmer Intern, you’ll be responsible for providing support to the senior programmers as we re-develop our online configurator tool into a class leading tool. This internship would be a minimum of 4-months from May/September 2025.

• Co-develop the coding behind the base structure of our configurator tool.
• Meet with users to determine tool usage and business needs.
• Independently work on modules that link to the core of the configurator. This could be rebuilding from the ground up or updating to accept the core changes.
• Work alongside the users with UAT, monitoring issues, and updating accordingly.
  
  

More About You

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• Student in Computer Science or 2+ years experience.
• Solid knowledge of php, SQL and Javascript
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, HTML CSS, Python, and Selenium would assist your work, as well as LAMP experience
• Git, Visual Basic.NET and agile project methods would be an asset.
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent written communication skills
