DESCRIPTION Amazon Selling Partner Services team drives the Selling On Amazon business and develops solutions that enable millions of sellers around the world to sell on Amazon's Marketplaces. More than half of shipments for Amazon customers are generated from this business. The team is focused on building a technology platform that will support the explosive business growth in existing markets, streamline the business for Amazon and the Selling partners and launch business in new markets and establish a fair marketplace. As a Software Development Manager you will be responsible for leading a multi-functional team of engineers to design, develop, test, and launch new features and products. You will lead the teams through a significant time of change, as we prepare to support exponentially more use cases and customers than we have historically. You will use your technical expertise to drive decisions for the next generation of payment systems, and to build products to help us automate and scale. In addition, you are a leader of leaders with progressive technical experience, a demonstrated progression of management scope, and a passion for managing engineering talent in a fast-paced environment. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $287,700/year in our highest geographic market.
