The role:
IRIS Global is looking for an experienced Integration Team Manager to lead our Workforce Management Integration Team in a hybrid role based in our Salt Lake City office. Integrations are a key part of our Workforce Management product. Integrations bring the powerful functionality of timekeeping, scheduling, labor management, onboarding, document management, and hiring to Payroll, HR, and other vertical labor management applications. This role is crucial for ensuring that integrations are efficient, reliable, and scalable, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
This is a both a hands-on development role and management role. You will contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and maintaining of current and future integrations. You will also identify enhancements to our integration platform to help facilitate deeper integrations as well as continue to make integrations easier for our team and external integrators. In this role you will lead a small team focused on adding new integrations, maintaining existing integrations, implementing platform enhancements, and helping integration partners. You will help ensure the team and developer program success.
This role will work closely with Product Management and Business Development to help evaluate new integration partners and opportunities and make them successful.You will have a deep understanding of IRIS Workforce Management capabilities and how they can integrate and enhance other applications to create a solution customers love. A key quality for this position is being able to learn new systems, communicate, and develop clear requirements to create a combined solution.
