Role Overview:
We are looking for Software Development Manager to lead and manage our development teams. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery, mentoring developers, and driving innovation.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage development teams.
Develop and communicate a clear, long-term technology roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives.
You will own major deliverables end-to-end, drive roadmaps, and provide technical leadership to the engineering team.
You’ll be responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with significant bottom line impact.
Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Provide technical guidance and hands-on support when required.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and technical solutions.
Maintain best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
Implement agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of quality releases and efficient resource management.
Mentor and upskill developers to enhance technical capabilities.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutterflow, Bubble, MERN Stack, and Flutter technologies.
Manage resource allocation and ensure the right talent is assigned to the right projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements
Requirements:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with a GPA of 3.2+
6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a Managerial role.
Fluency in English is a must At Least (C1).
Proven experience in using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., FlutterFlow, Bubble.io) is required.
Hands-on experience with modern software development languages, frameworks, and methodologies.
Demonstrate ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Ability to anticipate future business and technology trends and steer the organization to capitalize on them.
