Primary Responsibilities Assists with monthly update quality and success. Coordinate and supervise all activities of programming staff as determined by Product Manager. Responsible for programming quality and deadlines; regularly reviewing source code procedures Provide periodic departmental progress reports for Product Manager and discuss as necessary Verify maintenance of daily programming logs Stay current with technological advances to improve business success Analyze, design and implement software solutions to include database design, programming, testing and documentation Create utilities to assist in application development and data manipulation Assist support specialists with technical support Perform miscellaneous duties as directed Minimum Requirements BS degree or work experience providing equivalent knowledge Two to four years of managing a programming staff Two to four years of programming in a related field Experience in database management with various commercial software packages Strong analytical, math and troubleshooting skills Strong interpersonal skills “Please note that Axalta Coating Systems will not accept any candidate profiles sent unrequested and unsolicited by recruiting agencies.
