Mobile App Development Trainer for Naan Mudhalvan Project (8 Districts) Location: Chennai, Madurai, Trichy, Thanjavur, Pudukottai, Ramanathapuram, Kanyakumari & Sivaganga About the Role: We are seeking experienced Mobile App Development Trainers for the Naan Mudhalvan Project to deliver high-quality training to students across 8 districts in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mobile app development and the ability to teach and inspire learners at various levels. Previous experience with Naan Mudhalvan training experience is great to have. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions in Mobile App Development (iOS/Android) for students in the respective districts. Teach core concepts including app design, development, UI/UX principles, and testing. Deliver hands-on training sessions, guiding students through practical exercises and real-world projects. Provide individualized support to students and address their learning needs. Create and manage course materials, training documents, and assignments. Track student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends and ensure the curriculum is aligned with current market requirements. Collaborate with local project coordinators to ensure smooth execution of training sessions. Participate in regular meetings and reporting to project management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in Mobile App Development (iOS/Android). Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or React Native. Experience with development tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, or similar IDEs. Strong understanding of app development lifecycle and best practices. Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces and solving real-world technical challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passionate about teaching and mentoring students. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles. Previous experience as a trainer or educator is a plus. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred: Certification in Mobile App Development (e.g., Google Certified Android Developer, Apple Certified iOS Developer). Experience working with educational or training projects.
