Job Title: Lead Software Engineer in Test **Job Summary:** We seek a Lead Software Engineer in Test to develop test automation for our enterprise, mobile, or healthcare products. You will collaborate with hardware and design engineering teams to build robust test automation solutions. Your primary role will involve defining, designing, building, or modifying automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality automation process. **Responsibilities:** - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to define story acceptance criteria. - Analyze system requirements and technical specifications for testing needs. - Follow and promote best practices for Hybrid Testing Frameworks (data-driven, Keyword Driven) to support Dev and DevOps in Test/Behavior-driven designs and CI/CD pipelines. - Design, build, and maintain automated test reporting infrastructure. - Assist with performance test creation, execution, and CI/CD integration. - Work within SAFe Agile environment, utilizing SCRUM/Kanban methodologies. - Share knowledge and coach team members to encourage a shift-left mindset. **Requirements:** - 6+ years of professional experience - 3+ years in software testing and automation for web and API-based solutions - 5+ years in Agile teams - 2+ years with Postman and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Loadrunner, SoapUI) - Expertise in Automation Frameworks (TDD/BDD, Keyword, POM, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber) - Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) - Strong knowledge of RESTful architecture - Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL) - Experience with Node.js and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai, Typescript, Cypress, Puppeteer) - Familiarity with version control systems and Git flow - Experience in CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, Maven) and test runners (e.g., Jenkins, Travis, CircleCI) - Experience with cloud-based software, Docker, and Kubernetes **Desired Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s Degree - Knowledge of Linux, ssh, and shell scripting - Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure - Certification with TMAP and/or ISTQB Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
