We are looking for an Software Development Engineer with strong expertise in Python to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for data implementation, transfer, debugging, and troubleshooting while collaborating across teams to enhance the data import workflow.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with enterprise clients to implement and customize our platform based on their requirements.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for migrating data from legacy systems to our platform.
• Analyze and map data schemas from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Write efficient scripts and data transformation logic to automate migration processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Customer Success, and Product, to improve data import workflows.
• Debug and troubleshoot data inconsistencies, errors, and performance issues during migration.
• Assist in building self-service tools to improve data migration efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation for data mappings, ETL processes, and client implementations.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in software development, ETL, or data migration.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks.
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and writing efficient queries.
• Understanding of data transformation, validation, and integrity checks.
• Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, dbt) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and data integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
