Creates/Reviews conceptual and logical business solution design for BAU and Replicating business requirements based on adoption of best practices and standards
Plans, assigns, and reviews work of staff, adjusting work assignments and schedules to ensure completeness of assigned tasks, maintain adequate staffing levels and respond to fluctuating workloads
Tracks and measures staff performance and provides training plan to strengthen their skills.
Support development, testing and documentation of business requirements
Conducts process review and evaluate the existence, continuity, adequacy and effectiveness of controls.
Follow and improve delivery and operation support methodology
Ensure compliance to PLDT Group standards.
Ensure that SAP systems remain robust, stable, and secure
Recommends process/optimization improvements.
Update relevant documentation pertaining to delivered ERP services.
Communicate updates to stakeholders
Develops partnership with clients/users by building understanding of their business objectives as well as current and future information system requirements.
Evaluates and improves client/users systems service performance and efficiency through enhancements in the process design and workflow, architectural analysis and technological support.
Evaluates clients/users' information system requirements relative to the current and future IT solutions.
Provides guidance and advice in the design, implementation and monitoring of enhancements and changes to existing information systems, support to all core business functions of PLDT and integration of other systems.
Evaluates requests for information systems solutions from the business/users encompassing hardware, software and network connectivity which are pre-requisites to address user functional requirements.
Performs reports analysis and report auditing functions.
Maintains expert knowledge of SAP Functional module/s and related delivery methods.
Perform other duties of similar nature or level that may be assigned.
Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering or any related course
Experience
4 to 6 years of relevant experience (Financial and Controlling-FICO) S4 1709 and above
Minimum of 1 year experience as team lead
