Job Summary

As a Software Development Analyst, you will support both Project and BAU (Business As Usual) activities for the Oracle e-Business Suite HRMS. You’ll work across various functions, including analysis, design, development, and documentation, while maintaining a strong focus on system improvements and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers and users.
• Provide BAU application support for Oracle e-Business Suite HRMS, including core modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Self-Service.
• Collaborate with regulators and auditors to address BAU support and requirements.
• Manage and assess requirements from source-systems and users, ensuring smooth resolution of issues.
• Perform design and systems analysis in line with strategic planning.
• Take initiative in sourcing solutions independently and staying flexible with new technologies.
• Work with Unix/Linux operating systems and review critical documents like requirements, design specs, SIT test plans, and technical impact assessments.
• Guide developers and validate application conformance to specifications.
• Address business and regulatory compliance risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
• Stay informed about emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends to safeguard the company.

Mandatory Skills

• Oracle HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Self-Service)
• Oracle HCM (Talent Acquisition, Performance, and Learning)
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
