They work directly with customers to understand their needs and develop next-gen automation solutions to optimise network operations and reduce costs across various telecommunication domains.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design & develop network automation software from scratch
• Translate complex telecom needs into scalable automation solutions
• Write detailed design documents (HLD/LLD)
• Perform system integration, testing, and customer implementation
• Work directly with customers during rollout & acceptance phases
• Collaborate across Agile sprints with Product & Program Managers

What We’re Looking For:

You bring strong hands-on development experience across the following areas:

• Languages/Frameworks: Java (Core, J2EE), XML, Spring, Hibernate
• Frontend/Scripting: Node.js, React.js, Angular.js, TypeScript, Express.js
• Automation & Infra: Ansible, Python, Groovy, Apache NiFi
• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, MariaDB, Neo4J
• DevOps & Microservices: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, CI/CD, Maven
• OS: Linux, Unix, Windows
• APIs/Protocols: REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSH
• Background in telecom domains like RAN, IP, Transmission, or Core
• Agile development experience
• Bachelor’s in IT or related field
