Role Overview

We’re seeking a Software Developer who can own end-to-end product development — from building and deploying ML models, using different AI platforms/tools, crafting beautiful and functional UIs, and robust backend systems. You’ll be the bridge between product ideas and technical execution, helping us go from zero to one.

Key Responsibilities

🧠 AI / Machine Learning

• Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, NLP models, recommendation engines).
• Design intelligent features that deliver real user value (e.g., auto summarization, smart suggestions, LLM chaining, use of different AI platforms).
• Maintain data pipelines for training and inference, and evaluate model performance.

🌐 Full Stack Development

• Design and develop scalable backend services (APIs, databases, authentication).
• Build modern web-based frontends (React, Vue, or similar frameworks).
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security.

🔧 DevOps & Architecture

• Set up cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Github actions, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Monitor and improve system reliability and scalability.

🤝 Startup Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in product decisions and contribute to overall strategy.
• Own features from concept to deployment — and iterate based on feedback.

Scope of Work

• Take ownership of the entire tech stack and AI/ML integration.
• Prototype and ship MVPs rapidly.
• Help build a foundation for the engineering culture and practices.
• Lay the groundwork for a growing team — documentation, code quality, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• 0–4 years experience in software engineering and/or applied AI.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript (Node.js/React or equivalent).
• Strong grasp of modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Experience deploying full-stack applications and ML models to production.
• Comfortable with databases (SQL & NoSQL), REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Self-starter with a bias toward action and a startup mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning transformer-based models.
• Background in product design or user experience.
• Experience with AI deployment on various hardware is a plus
