We are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Software Developer Interviewer to conduct technical interviews for our clients' hiring needs. This role involves evaluating candidates for various software development roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, etc.) and providing structured feedback.

• Conduct technical interviews (live/video) with software engineering candidates.
• Ask coding questions, problem-solving scenarios, and real-world development questions.
• Assess skills in areas like data structures, algorithms, system design, and domain-specific technologies.
• Provide detailed feedback and rating sheets post-interview.
• Maintain professionalism and represent our brand positively.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to refine assessment frameworks.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Prior experience conducting technical interviews or assessments.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or PHP.
• Good understanding of CS fundamentals, architecture, and modern development practices.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates fairly and objectively.

• Experience with tech hiring platforms (like HackerRank, Codility, etc.)
• Exposure to startup and product-based company hiring standards
• Specialization in frontend (React, Angular), backend (Node.js, Django, Spring), or full stack development

• Pay: Per interview basis (rate to be discussed)
• Interview Mode: Remote via Zoom/Google Meet
• Duration: 30 to 60 minutes per interview
• Frequency: Flexible, based on availability and demand
