A Software Developer for AI Products (Global) will be responsible for working in the Artificial Intelligence team, Linde's AI global corporate division engaged with real business challenges and opportunities in multiple countries. Focus of this role is to support the AI team with extending existing and building new AI products for a vast amount of uses cases across Linde’s business and value chain. You'll collaborate across different business and corporate functions in international team composed of Project Managers, Data Scientists, Data and Software Engineers in the AI team and others in the Linde's Global AI team.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• As a Software developer AI you will support Linde’s  AI team with extending existing and building new AI products for a vast amount of uses cases across Linde’s business and value chain
• You will develop new and existing platforms and products the AI team offer to their internal customers.
• You will work directly with customer data to build the next generation of cloud-based applications (backend + frontend development).
• You will build and experiment with tooling around CI/CD to enable reliable and sustainable delivery of software
• You will perform reliability and performance testing, establish process management tools and application monitoring
• Also, you will develop prototypes and build replication pipelines of existing solutions connect to other systems
  
  

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable prior experience
• Strong experience developing both backend (eg. Python) and frontend applications (eg. react)
• Moreover, you have the ability to write idiomatic and maintainable code using where applicable the latest conventions of languages + frameworks
• You have foundational experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases , as well as foundational experience with building and deploying applications continuous
• Relevant knowledge and basic practical experience with a major cloud platform (ie. Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Also, you have strong written and verbal communication in English
• Preferred experience working with data scientists, ML engineers, and developers
• Familiarity with IT administration and data security practices
• Knowledge of stakeholder management in large, international organizations
