Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development roles
• Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure – EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, Networking
• Demonstrated Bias for Action and Delivering Results
• Proficiency in one or more of: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Bonus: Experience with Python
  
  

Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software solutions across front-end, back-end, or full stack
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle: from requirement gathering to production deployment and support
• Deliver high-performance systems that prioritize customer experience
• Operate within a DevOps delivery model including CI/CD, testing, and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA, and Ops
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Drive quality, efficiency, and performance across your work
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
• Experience with agile development practices and tools like JIRA
