Software Backend/ Full Stack Developer (Pretoria and Cape Town)

Compensation: R600K – R1,2 million

Your key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
• Contribute to microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions
• Collaborate with developers, QAs, and DevOps in agile teams
• Support bug fixing and continuous improvement
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Participate in system design and technical reviews

Tech Stack required:

• RESTful API – (Web API or REST) Development using .NET Core (5+ years’ experience)
• C# 6.0 5+ years experience
• Elastic Stack (1+ years’ experience) ELK stack
• MS SQL & NoSQL (Couchbase, MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB) – strong SQL SKILLS
• JavaScript Frameworks beneficial (Node.js, Angular 4+, React) (not necessary)
• Development Experience in Microservices
• Unit Testing
• Understanding of Agile Methodologies (Scrum & Kanban)
• Exposure to Azure/AWS/GCP
• Entity framework – (EF Core, EF)
• RabbitMQ – Message Service Bus
