Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days a week Onsite)

Duration: 7 months

Rate Range: Up to$82/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1b

Must Have:

• 5+ years of software asset management experience in large, diverse enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of software license entitlements, terms, and use rights
• Strong data analysis skills with experience working with complex data sources
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present data-driven recommendations
• Experience supporting software audits, compliance assessments, and license optimization
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to rationalize and optimize enterprise software portfolios

Responsibilities:

• Analyze system usage data across various tools and platforms to support decisions on software lifecycle: eliminate, migrate, tolerate, or optimize
• Execute processes to manage and administer enterprise-wide software licenses, subscriptions, and maintenance agreements
• Partner with stakeholders to negotiate and administer software license agreements
• Interpret trends and recommend best practices for software asset performance
• Build knowledge of internal processes and engage in roadmap development for software portfolio
• Serve as subject matter expert for specified enterprise-wide software agreements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities through data-driven insights
• Influence vendor licensing policies to align with internal needs and reduce complexity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field
• Proven ability to work independently in complex and fast-paced environments
• Experience leading initiatives or functional teams
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
• Preferred industry certifications in Software Asset Management or ITIL frameworks
