Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience in Pega technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Cloud PEGA Frameworks Pega Platform and related areas. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the integration of Pega applications with other systems to ensure seamless functionality.
Provide expertise in Pega Cloud to optimize performance and scalability.
Conduct Pega Sizing and Capacity Planning to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Monitor and control Pega environments to maintain system health and performance.
Manage Pega Release Management processes to ensure smooth deployments.
Perform Pega Performance Tuning to enhance application efficiency.
Oversee Pega Installation to ensure proper setup and configuration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address technical requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation for Pega solutions and processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pega practices within the organization.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Pega Cloud PEGA Frameworks Pega Platform and Pega Integration.
Demonstrate expertise in Pega Sizing and Capacity Planning.
Have a proven track record in Pega Monitoring and Control.
Show proficiency in Pega Release Management and Performance Tuning.
Exhibit skills in Pega Installation and configuration.
Experience in Consumer Lending domain is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak).
Certifications Required
Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) or Certified Pega Business Architect (CBA) is required.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $152,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
