Join our client as part of a large-scale initiative focused on developing innovative solutions for HR administration and payroll. In this role, you will provide vital support to the lead technology architect, helping to guide the project effectively. Collaborating closely with the architect, you will delve into analyses, detail technical solutions, and engage with a dedicated project team that includes a product owner, project manager, architects, scrum masters, analysts, and multiple development teams.
Role
Your primary responsibility will be to devise technical solutions, propose architectural improvements, and make informed recommendations based on functional needs. You will strive to maintain a practical balance between robustness and simplicity while defining development standards and the overall technical framework. Furthermore, you will offer support to analysts, project managers, and developers throughout various projects, while also modeling and documenting architectures using tools like ArchiMate and C4.
Profile
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in designing microservices and applications using Java Spring Boot, SQL, and REST APIs. Knowledge of Azure PaaS services such as Event Hub, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and SQL Server will be essential. Candidates should also be well-versed in design patterns to create robust and scalable solutions and should have strong expertise in Java solutions and frameworks. A background in HR services, is highly advantageous.
