The Solution Architect has responsibility of understanding the customer requirement and design an optimal solution based on their requirements. You will support team in driving cloud / AI migration strategies for our customers by demonstrating the right solution set, migration strategies along with tools and techniques to drive the change.
Primary Platform Skilled required in Design and Deploy is Genesys Cloud.
10+ years of Experience designing and deployment of customer experiences (CX). Out of which minimum 3+ years on Genesys Cloud for the AI enabled contact Center at the enterprise level
Solution architect is responsible for Design, Deployment team in supporting the implementation Primarily on Cloud.
Accelerate cloud / AI adoption in strategic accounts by providing deep technical expertise, aligned to Industry and our capabilities
Design of the respective customer solutions, including the associated services, preparation of the associated effort and cost calculations as well as quality assurance of complex customer-specific solutions
Working knowledge with server-side languages such as Python / Node JS.
Strong knowledge in Front end scripting like EJS, JavaScript, Jquery
Utilize large language models (LLMs) to develop natural language processing (NLP) applications and enhance AI capabilities.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
Good Understanding with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
Experience with restful services, SOAP.
Experience in handling GIT or any other versioning tools
Familiar with Cloud hosting and storages
Familiar with CRM systems.
Good at Logical thinking and Analytical skills
Preparation of customer documentation
Presentations of the solution concepts to customers at management level
Translates high level business goals into results, through cross functional collaboration, strategic planning, and alignment of resources
Relevant experience with Contact centre as a Service (CCaaS), Conversational AI solutions like Voice BOT and Chat BOT
Experience deploying CX technologies in telecom industry.
Proven track record of strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams across the world
Good technical comprehension and excellent communication skills. Experience communicating with highly technical requirements and translating highly technical topics to business teams.
Experience, desire, and comfort to build and work with teams located across many locations
The ideal candidate will at least have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
