Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking a Virtual Software Application Tester with GOLDesp subject matter expertise. In this position you be responsible for software testing service, completion and decisions at the feature and component level. You will join an agile cross-functional team that supports your skill development and successful software delivery. Our growth does not come from ever increasing virtual extraction via advertisements or screen time or tolls. This entry-level role offers the chance to learn the software development lifecycle and develop your testing and troubleshooting skills. Position Responsibilities: * Verification & validation of software via automated & manual functional & non-functional testing * Test case creation, maintenance, and execution * Defect reporting and confirmation. * Test planning, execution, and reporting for software features * Internal team communication of feature and component testing status * Contributions to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., training, tools, processes Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): * 2+ years of technical experience related to troubleshooting software * 2+ years of STEM Higher Education/Certification/Training * 1+ years of GOLDesp subject matter expertise Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * Completed STEM Higher Education * Automated testing & scripting experience * Software development and DevOps experience * Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience * Technical writing experience Drug Free Workplace: We are a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
