Your goal as the trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions that facilitate their skill development. Qualification & Experience : 1. Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2. Any valid certificate in Training will be an advantage. 3. Minimum one year experience as a trainer, B.Ed teacher, or related position. 4. Age: Preferably not more than 50 years at the time of application. Essential Attributes : 1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). 2. Experience with best practices for instructional manuals, teaching platforms & training-related software. 3. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions.
