Role Overview We seek a Soft Skills & Lab Management Trainer to enhance students’ job readiness through soft skills training, basic computer literacy, and lab management. A technical background is preferred for contributing to lab activities. Key Responsibilities Train students in soft skills (communication, teamwork, problem-solving). Teach basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel). Manage lab inventory, tools, and maintenance. Assist in lab activity development and execution. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree (technical background preferred). Strong communication and digital literacy skills. Lab management and problem-solving abilities.
