Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills and Problem-solving Trainer at KGiSL MicroCollege located in Coimbatore. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions on soft skills, problem-solving, and communication techniques to students. The Trainer will also assess student progress, provide feedback, and tailor training programs to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conducting soft skills and problem-solving training
• Ability to assess and adapt training programs for individual needs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Relevant certification or training in soft skills development is a plus
• Experience working in educational or training settings (1+ year experience)
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Freshers with MBA can also apply
