We're looking for a talented Social Media & Web Content Manager to take full ownership of our brand’s online presence!

🌟 About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing Webco’s social media accounts and website. This is not just a posting job — you'll strategize, create, and drive results.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating and executing a monthly content calendar.
• Writing engaging posts, blogs, and marketing content.
• Designing eye-catching graphics, motion posts, and short videos.
• Scheduling and publishing through GoHighLevel.
• Managing and updating the company website content.
• Growing and engaging our audience across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram.
• Analyzing performance and optimizing content strategy.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience managing company social media and website content.
• Strong copywriting and creative storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or other video editing tools.
• Proficiency in using GoHighLevel or similar posting tools.
• Basic experience in website CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
• Good eye for branding, layout, and design.
• Fluent English communication (understanding Australian tone is a bonus).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
