We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Video Editor with a sharp eye for short-form content, understanding of and a deep passion for electronic dance music — especially house. In this role, you’ll help us create compelling, platform-native videos that resonate with niche audiences and drive organic growth.

Success in this position means consistently creating scroll-stopping content that aligns with our brand identity and musical ethos, while pushing creative boundaries. You’ll be an essential part of a small, fast-moving creative team that thrives on collaboration, rhythm, and aesthetic excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating and editing engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Editing to the rhythm of music (dance music knowledge a major plus).
• Understanding and applying platform-specific best practices.
• Using visual storytelling and user psychology to hook audiences from the first second.
• Translating creative briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• Editing to copy to enhances the impact of the video.
• Working with a creative team to bring ideas to life — owning ideas when needed.

What You Bring:

• Deep understanding of short-form video trends, formats, and pacing.
• A strong visual and artistic sense with excellent taste.
• Ability to take direction and iterate quickly.
• Involvement in or strong passion for electronic dance music, especially house and underground scenes.
• Copywriting skills or at least a strong grasp of what makes good copy.
• Bonus: You've grown niche social channels yourself, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
• Bonus: You have a background in audio engineering and editing.
