We are looking for an innovative, creative, and results-driven individual who can lead and manage social media campaigns for our clients. You’ll be responsible for developing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, designing visually compelling posts, and editing videos to help our clients reach their goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute tailored social media marketing strategies for clients across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Content Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of posts and campaigns.
  • Graphic Design: Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, posts, banners, and advertisements for social media and other digital platforms, aligned with client branding.
  • Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, ensuring high-quality, on-brand video clips, reels, and stories.
  • Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Track social media performance, analyze results, and provide clients with insightful reports to optimize strategy and drive growth.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide regular updates, and adjust strategies based on feedback.
  • Community Engagement: Manage client social media communities, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to keep clients’ social media strategies fresh and relevant.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, strategizing digital marketing campaigns, and content creation for clients (minimum of 2 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for engagement and growth.
  • Excellent video editing skills, with a portfolio that showcases your work.
  • Experience in creating content calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and understand their needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and clients simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of trends.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and SEO is a plus.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or collaboration campaigns.
  • Motion graphics and animation skills.
