Role Description

Revice is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Director. This role will lead the charge in strategizing and executing innovative marketing strategies, including public relations, influencer engagements, collaborations, and media channels to boost our brand's presence. The focus is on company growth, generating buzz, and enhancing the story of our brand. This individual will play a key role in our 2024 strategy, steering brand direction and development. We are a small business on a noticeable path of growth since 2024 and we want to continue that momentum to further expand.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with Revice’s 2025 goals and aesthetics. 
  • Work with our CEO & CCO to execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Oversee SMS, email, influencers, social media, and campaign development to ensure brand message aligns.
  • Set campaign KPIs, track performance, and lead analysis of findings.
  • Present analysis based on sales derived from campaigns
  • Drive branding strategy for Revice as a social marketing powerhouse.
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering an environment that promotes creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.
  • Coordinate with the Design, Content, and production team to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated into broader performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and social engagements.
  • Direct our social media narrative, leading to the development of compelling content across our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube platforms. 
  • Spearhead integrated marketing campaigns utilizing a mix of channels such as digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and live events. 
  • Post on main social platforms daily — TikTok & Instagram. 
  • Move to increase involvement on YouTube and Pinterest Platforms.
  • Work with our Graphic Designer to ensure daily Instagram story posts are being implemented.
  • Manage or delegate social media engagement to ensure we build our community.


Qualifications

  • A strong desire to be in the fashion industry is a must
  • Deep knowledge of the Fashion industry and trends
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and Pinterest.
  • Editing Expertise with Photoshop and Video Editing Programs
  • Demonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns and a strong track record in content creation.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media and digital.
  • Competence in analyzing media data to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to balance creative and strategic demands.
  • Strong leadership qualities, capable of developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
