About the Role:


The Cloudevo team is growing and we’re looking for a fast and adaptable Social Media Manager. This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding company.


Some of the duties will include, but are not limited to:


  • Responsible for managing planning, reporting, and the day-to-day execution of social strategy
  • Manage content calendars, community management, and reporting
  • Suggest and implement new platform features or updates to incorporate into creative content
  • Participate in social community building to grow visibility and engagement for social platforms.
  • Participate in and film live events and behind the scenes content for various platforms including Instagram and TikTok
  • Respond to audiences and customers on social media and identify opportunities to jump into conversations that will grow brand awareness
  • Manage editorial calendar consisting of social created content
  • Monitor competitor and overall industry to apply best practices, develop new ideas and improve overall social media strategy
  • Provide weekly and monthly KPI, progress and insight reporting, while recommending ways to continuously improve through testing and new initiatives


Requirements:


  • Experience building and executing social content & campaigns
  • 2-3 years of experience managing social media channels for established brands in a creative agency or marketing environment
  • Must be savvy of social media channels and on-top of emergent and ongoing trends, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube and Pinterest and develop social media content calendars for relevant platforms
  • A passion for posting on their own social media - Tik Tok a must
  • Attention to detail and ability to respond in a timely manner
  • Expert in social media monitoring tools, social listening, scheduling and real-time posting
  • Can prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality of work
  • Proven ability to develop effective social medical strategies and communicate recommendations
  • Experience and familiarity in social media copywriting to drive brand voice
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms (specifically Tik Tok and Instagram) from both a paid & organic perspective
  • Ability to be flexible – understanding social media happens in real time
  • Thrives on being up to date on relevant cultural trends
