We’re looking for a social media enthusiast to help manage our growing online community. This role will be critical in enabling us to target and grow our followership and drive our online engagement. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented executor with a creative mindset and a solid understanding of the social media landscape. We’re looking for a creator in search of hands-on experience with brand communications via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Social Media Manager and marketing team to produce, edit and publish weekly content
• Regular monitoring of social activity across platforms
• Researching & identifying best practices and emerging trends on social
• Improving wildwonder social community engagement via consistent activity
• Research potential influencers and UGC creators 
• Executing and editing various content ideas 
• Propose new ideas for content and channels
• Pull, analyze, and recap latest data performance results

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge across social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be an optimist and creative thinker
• Prior experience managing a social media account or influencer
• Prior experience with photo editing, design or copy writing
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Project Management tool experience a plus
• Pursuit of a major or minor in marketing a plus
• Passion for photography or videography a plus
• Not afraid to get in front of the camera!
• Help plan and execute in person events
• Open to shooting content in person

Compensation

• 20-40 hours a week
