Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Qoneqt located in Thane. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing strategies, communication with the online community, creating content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing engaging content.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
2. Create, schedule, and post content on various social media platforms.
3. Manage and maintain a content calendar.
4. Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content.
5. Monitor and report on social media performance metrics.
6. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build online communities.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
8.Maintain and recruit content creators under you and manage team work of interns completely.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
2. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
3. Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
