About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic B2B Social Media Leader to lead our social media initiatives and online community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing B2B social media channels, building thriving online communities, and leading a small team to deliver impactful digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Build and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand positioning.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers.
Content Planning: Oversee the development of engaging, educational, and thought-leadership content tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram , X (Twitter), and niche industry communities.
Community Management: Build and nurture online communities, respond to audience queries, moderate discussions, and foster long-term relationships.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to support product launches, webinars, events, and lead generation initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize strategy and demonstrate ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging and initiatives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with B2B social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in B2B social media management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team.
Comfortable for 6 PM - 3 AM / 5:30 PM - 2 AM timings.
Proven success in growing and managing B2B social media accounts and online communities.
Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and B2B forums/groups.
Strong understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
Creative mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have:
Experience with social advertising and lead generation campaigns.
B2B real estate, product based, or professional services industry experience.
