Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize content.
  • Content Planning & Creation:
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and infographics) across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with followers promptly to foster community and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Handle online interactions professionally, addressing questions, comments, and concerns effectively.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Launch and manage social media campaigns for brand promotions, events, product launches, and seasonal activities.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, optimizing strategies for better reach and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve strategy and drive better business results.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader business goals.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and product teams to synchronize brand messaging.
  • Trend Awareness:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in social media tactics and strategies.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
