Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging, relevant content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Analyze social media performance data and prepare monthly reports on key metrics.
- Engage with online communities to build brand loyalty and enhance customer relationships.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches and special events.
- Regularly update the social media calendar to ensure timely content delivery.
- Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and inform strategy.
- Leverage SEO best practices to improve organic reach on social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand message across channels.
- Manage online collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Stay updated on industry news and emerging social media technologies.
- Assist in developing customer outreach programs through social media.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform strategies.
- Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools.
