About the Role: As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll turn complex Web3 concepts into engaging content that grows community, drives brand awareness, and sparks conversation globally. You’ll be the voice of the brand across social platforms—crafting narratives, building communities, and translating product and brand updates into thumb-stopping content for the Web3-native and curious Web2 audience alike.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute social media strategies across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord to drive brand engagement and achieve quarterly growth targets.
· Content Creation: Own and create platform-tailored content calendars featuring memes, videos, threads, explainers, and campaign series for target audiences with measurable engagement goals for each content type.
· Community Management: Engage with followers, thought leaders, and partners to foster conversations and community growth across platforms; implement response time standards and community health metrics.
· Brand Voice Development: Craft a bold, distinctive brand tone that connects with both web 3.0-native users and Web2 audiences exploring blockchain; maintain brand consistency across all channels.
· Campaign Execution: Generate momentum around product launches, partnerships, token announcements, and events through creative storytelling with clear KPIs for each campaign.
· Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor engagement, reach, sentiment, and conversion metrics to refine strategies and improve performance outcomes; deliver bi-weekly analytics reports with actionable insights.
· Crisis Management: Develop and maintain social media crisis response protocols; monitor brand mentions and sentiment to quickly address potential community concerns.
Requirements:
· 5–8 years of experience in digital/social media marketing preferably in Web3/blockchain or tech startups.
· A knack for translating complex tech (blockchain, tokens, DeFi, DAOs, etc.) into simple, engaging content.
· Proven experience managing multi-platform growth, with examples of viral or high-performing campaigns.
· Strong copywriting skills and creative sensibility (bonus: ability to brief design/video teams).
