💼 About the Job

You’ll be the go-to person for managing content and strategy across multiple client accounts — mainly on Instagram (with a bit of Facebook and YouTube here and there). This is a hands-on role where you’ll create, coordinate, and deliver.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Talking to clients, understanding what they want, and building out daily strategy
• Designing static posts/stories on Canva
• Planning, shooting, and organising raw content (especially Reels)
• Managing content calendars on Notion
• Coordinating with creators, video editors, and UGC teams
• Getting videos edited and finalised on time
• Working directly with brand founders and our internal team
• Reporting on monthly insights + performance
• Keeping your eyes peeled for what’s trending and weaving that into content plans
• Designing static posts/stories on Canva

✨ Skills Required

• Strong design sense — you should be quick and confident on Canva
• Comfortable using Notion, Instagram’s native tools, and basic editing apps
• Good communication and coordination skills (you’ll talk to clients, creators, and editors daily)
• Ability to write crisp captions and content copies (don’t worry, you can use ChatGPT for support — just know how to prompt it well)
• Organised, deadline-driven, and proactive — you’ll own and run your accounts
• Must love social media and know what’s trending — formats, sounds, memes, all of it
• Basic understanding of skincare, beauty, makeup, and wellness trends, including day and night care routines, and the products associated with them. Knowledge of the industry is key for creating authentic content for our clients in this space.
