Social Media Manager - Master Scroll of Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Luxury Aesthetics
- Develop and uphold brand guidelines across all digital platforms - from caption to carousel.
- Maintain a luxury-first aesthetic across content - no pixel left looking plebeian.
- Ensure every post sings the brand's story - elegant, distinct, unforgettable.
Strategy & Planning
- Craft monthly/weekly content calendars in sync with campaigns, launches, and seasons.
- Study competitors like a hawk with a monocle. Benchmark and beat them.
- Define platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
Content Creation & Collaboration
- Work closely with Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Website Manager.
- Create/curate content that resonates with our audience and projects opulence.
Posting & Scheduling
- Ensure timely posting aligned with brand tone, audience activity, platform algorithm best practices.
- Use tools like Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite for scheduling and insights.
Creative Direction
- Lead the charge on photoshoots and brand exhibitions.
- Scout locations, brief models/photographers, and maintain creative cohesion.
- Keep one eye on the lens, the other on the brand's soul.
Influencer Management
- Scout, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with brand DNA.
- Vet content before it goes live - ensure it reflects our maharaja-level standards.
- Track ROI, engagement, and brand lift from influencer campaigns.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Collaborate with ad specialists to run performance-driven campaigns (FB Ads, Insta, Google).
- Track KPIs: engagement, reach, CTR, conversions.
- Adjust strategy based on analytics - no guesswork, only sharp shots.
Website Content Oversight- Work with website manager to ensure web content is always regal, never regular.
- Update hero banners, write luxury copy, and synchronize seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure seamless customer experience from reel to website to checkout.
Communication & Coordination
- Be the go-between for creatives, tech team, and management.
- Lead weekly catch-ups with team (Graphic, Video, Web, Ads) to keep all gears greased.
Brand Guardian Duties
- Be the keeper of the brand flame - visuals, tone, language, vibe.
- Steer the narrative, protect the image, and inspire trust.
This is a full-time contract position at BKC, Bandra East, Mumbai, with a schedule of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will be working for the parent company of PARSHBHA LLP, which is VIRANI EXPORTS, and will be responsible for handling various brands.
