About the Job
Position: Social Media Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote (India-based, aligned with UK time zone)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)
Compensation: Starting at INR 40,000/month (flexible for candidates with strong experience in paid advertising and content strategy)
About the Role
- We are a young and fast-growing social media startup supporting brands in the UK and European markets. We are looking for a proactive, creative, and self-driven social media manager to take full ownership of content execution, paid campaigns, and storytelling across multiple platforms.
- You will be responsible for managing 15+ social media channels across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube. These channels are spread across a select group of clients, each with multiple active platforms. As an early-stage company, we are still building processes, and you will play a key role in refining systems, organising workflows, and helping us scale effectively.
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead in a dynamic, high-ownership environment with the freedom to experiment, grow, and make a direct impact.
Key Responsibilities
Channel and content management
- Manage 15+ active social channels across different clients and industries
- Plan, schedule, and publish content tailored to platform-specific formats and audiences
- Maintain and evolve a consistent, distinct brand voice for each client
- Coordinate with creative teams for the timely delivery of design and video assets
- Write compelling and engaging social media copy, including captions, calls-to-action, and platform-specific content
Content writing
- Craft short-form blogs and thought-leadership articles tailored to client industries and goals
- Ensure all written content reflects each client’s tone of voice, brand guidelines, and SEO considerations
- Demonstrate strong command of language, originality, and clarity—using AI tools strategically to enhance creativity, not to produce generic or repetitive content

- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Optimise targeting, creative assets, and budgets using A/B testing and performance data
- Monitor ad performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
Workflow and strategy
- Build and refine internal processes to improve scheduling, content approvals, and delivery systems
- Stay informed on evolving platform algorithms, features, and trends
- Contribute original campaign concepts and lead their execution from planning to performance tracking
What you bring
- 2–4 years of experience managing multiple social media channels, preferably within an agency or freelance capacity
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong writing ability, capable of producing both social content and blog articles that are concise, relevant, and brand-aligned
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
- Willingness to work according to UK business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro
- Ability to effectively brief designers and editors for content production
- Confidence in handling client feedback and managing multiple deadlines with professionalism
What we offer
- Competitive starting salary of INR 40,000/month, with flexibility based on experience and skillset
- Remote work with a structured 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday)
