Role Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across all business units. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, enhance brand presence, and drive engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
  • Work closely with the graphic design team to create visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics for social media.
  • Partner with the communications leader to craft compelling and on-brand copy that enhances engagement.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategy.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience for 6-8 years in social media management with a track record of driving engagement and growth.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively translate brand messaging into engaging social content.
  • Experience working with graphic designers and content teams to create cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
